I was born in Warsaw in 1985, however most of my childhood I spent in the beautiful Polish lake district.

Politechnika Warszawska & SGH Warsaw School of Economics
I trained as an engineer first — computer science and information systems at Politechnika Warszawska — then added a management degree at SGH, studying both in parallel. That combination, technical rigor plus business thinking, became the lens I've used ever since. -
2010 - 2017
Corporate Time
Business Analyst, ATOS
I started at the intersection of data and business — as a Business Analyst/Database Developer at Premida Consulting (2008–2010), before moving to Atos in 2010 as Senior Business Analyst. Over these years there I worked across telecom and retail — Telekomunikacja Polska, Polkomtel, T-Mobile Poland and T-Mobile Hrvatska, L'Oréal, Cyfrowy Polsat — which meant switching context constantly: different stakeholders, different maturity levels, different countries. That's where I learned that a requirement is never just a requirement — it's a translation problem between people who don't share a vocabulary yet. -

Training and Mentoring
IIBA Certification, IIBA Poland Chapter
I formalized what I'd already been doing informally — earned my CBAP, trained in facilitation, and began mentoring analysts and teams directly rather than only inside project structures. That same year I took on the role of President of the IIBA Poland Chapter, working to raise business analysis standards and build a stronger community of practitioners across the country. -

the30Steps, theBaBrain
Two ventures, one direction
Twenty years of practice needed two outlets. The30Steps turns what I teach into a method — a step-by-step way to build analytical thinking, not just a set of techniques to memorize. TheBaBrain is the tool that follows: an open-source second brain for business analysts, built to hold the projects, stakeholders, and decisions their work runs on — so they own the value they create, not just the notes they take.
